Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) (HKG:1468) issued 93,786,894 new shares to IndexAtlas at HK$0.423 apiece to settle the consideration for the acquisition of about 8.33% of the issued share capital of Youngtimers, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The company acquired 6 million shares of Youngtimers, a SIX Swiss Exchange-listed investment firm, from IndexAtlas for HK$39.7 million in an all-stock transaction.

The consideration shares issued represent about 5.40% of Kingkey Financial's enlarged issued share capital.
