Cann Group (ASX:CAN) Chair Julian Chick has resigned, effective Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.

Chick's resignation was due to his expanded role as a full-time executive at ReNerve (ASX:RNV), per the filing.

Doug Rathbone will be filling the role of interim chair, the company said, adding that it has identified "several suitable external candidates" as a potential successor.
