Interra Resources (SGX:5GI) incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Indonesia, namely, Interra Resources Indonesia Investment, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The new unit will hold Interra's interests in a joint venture with energy and mineral resources company, BPE, the filing said.
Interra Resources Indonesia Investment will be a "Penanaman Modal Asing," or a limited liability company with foreign direct investment, with an issued capital of 10 billion rupiahs.
