Brainhole Technology (HKG:2203) acquired 220,800 shares in BigBear.ai from the open market for $1.9 million, or $8.72 apiece, on Tuesday, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The semiconductor manufacturer also disposed of 28,600 shares of Affirm Holdings for $2.2 million, or $75.45 per share, through the open market.

The firm used part of the proceeds from the disposal of Affirm shares for the BigBear.ai share purchase, with the remaining going toward general working capital.
