Hopson Development (HKG:0754) recorded gross contracted sales of about 473 million yuan in January, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Of this, the real estate firm's property contracted sales contributed about 380 million yuan while the decoration contracted sales amounted to and 93 million yuan.

For the reporting month, the group logged a contracted gross floor area of 18,103 square meters and an average selling price of 20,992 yuan per square meter.

The group and its relevant associates recorded contracted sales of 98 million yuan with a gross floor area of 1,406 square meters for non-self-investment properties under its Hopson brand name.
