China Industrial Securities International Financial Group (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment sold bonds worth $10 million on the open market, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The bonds, issued by Henan Railway Construction & Investment Group, have a fixed interest rate of 4.8% per annum and will mature on Jan. 10, 2028.
The securities broker will use proceeds from the sale for general working capital and new potential investment opportunities.
