Humana (HUM) reported Q4 adjusted loss Tuesday of $2.16 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.11 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $2.21.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $29.21 billion, up from $26.46 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $28.81 billion.
The company said it expects 2025 adjusted EPS to be about $16.25. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $16.71.
The company expects full-year revenue of $126 billion to $128 billion. Analysts expect $119.29 billion.
