New World Development (HKG:0017) unit Orient Sea Investments agreed to sell two properties to Ip Mei-Hing, Katherine, for a total of about HK$14.9 million, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Ip Mei-Hing, Katherine, is the spouse of Cheng Kar-Shun, Henry, chairman and an executive director of the property developer.
The properties comprise two flats at the STATE PAVILIA project at 283 King's Road in North Point, Hong Kong.
The company will use proceeds from the sale for general working capital.
