Wise Ally International (HKG:9918) unit Wise Ally Holdings will sell a 10% equity interest in Talentone Technology to Chang Wai Han Vivian for HK$730,000, a Monday bourse filing said.

Following completion, the electronics manufacturer will cease to have any equity stake in Talentone Technology, which engages mainly in the development and sales of high technology floor care products.

Chang Wai Han Vivian currently holds a 72% equity stake in Talentone Technology, of which she is a director.
