Man Wah Holdings' (HKG:1999) chairman and controlling shareholder, Wong Man Li, bought an additional 3 million company shares in the secondary market on Tuesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Wong, through Man Wah Investments, acquired a total of 8 million shares on Monday and Tuesday.
Wong is also the furniture manufacturer's chief executive officer.
