Paragon REIT's (SGX:SK6U) distribution per unit or DPU for the second half of 2024 rose to SG$0.0418 from SG$0.0260 a year earlier, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Tuesday.
Total distribution to unitholders rose to SG$118.7 million from SG$73.8 million a year earlier.
Net property income increased by 4.5% year over year to SG$113.9 million from SG$109.0 million.
Gross revenue was up 5.3% to SG$153.6 million from SG$145.8 million a year earlier, mainly due to positive rental reversions in Singapore.
