Coda Minerals (ASX:COD) launched a drilling campaign at the Emmie East prospect within the Elizabeth Creek copper-cobalt project in South Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The first reverse circulation (RC) drill rig was mobilized for the program, with a diamond rig to follow in the coming days, per the filing.

The campaign will initially consist of up to 2,000 meters, comprising four RC pre-collars with diamond tails.

Coda Minerals' shares were up 4% in recent trade.
