Auric Mining (ASX:AWJ) said the due diligence timeframe for its exclusive right to buy the Burbanks Plant at Coolgardie in Western Australia has been extended to Feb. 28 from Feb. 10, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The transaction has a purchase price of AU$4.4 million.

The company's shares were down almost 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
