Seven West Media (ASX:SWM) said it expects modest growth in its fiscal second-half earnings compared with last year, driven by an increase in viewership for the Australian Football League and federal elections, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said advertising marketing conditions are improving, adding that it expects fiscal third-quarter bookings to track up to low-single digits. It maintained its cost guidance of AU$1.2 billion to AU$1.21 billion for fiscal 2025, per the filing.
Shares of the company rose past 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
