Hamilton Lane (HLNE) said late Monday it has priced a public offering by the company and a selling stockholder of a total of about 1.6 million shares for gross proceeds of about $252 million.
The offering is expected to close on Wednesday, the company said.
Hamilton Lane said it plans to use proceeds from the sale to settle exchanges of membership units in Hamilton Lane Advisors and will not receive any proceeds from the sale by the selling stockholder.
