Central China Management (HKG:9982) contracted sales for projects under the group's management fell 19.2% year over year to 919 million yuan in January.
Contracted gross floor area declined 14.6% to 157,227 square meters, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The average selling price for the month was 5,843 yuan per square meter, the filing stated.
