Paycom Software named Bob Foster its next chief financial officer, succeeding Craig Boelte, who is retiring.
Foster, executive vice president of accounting and finance, is expected to start in his new role on Feb. 21, the online human resources and payroll company said Wednesday.
Boelte is retiring after nearly two decades at the company.
Foster, 63, joined Paycom in 2022 to lead its growth strategy. Before that, he was chief executive of a payroll company called iiPay and a senior partner at Ernst & Young.
