Domain Holdings Australia (ASX:DHG) has appointed Greg Ellis as interim Chief Executive Officer, effective Feb. 17, while it continues to look for a permanent CEO, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

Ellis, who has been a director since November 2017, has committed to the role for up to 12 months and will continue serving on the board alongside his CEO responsibilities, the filing added.

Company shares were up 10% in recent trade.
