Anteris Technologies Global (ASX:AVR) said that the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has issued three class rulings related to the company, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The rulings cover shareholders, employee, director options, and investor options and confirm the availability of rollover relief for eligible parties under relevant Australian capital gains tax laws, following the implementation of Anteris' schemes of arrangement, the filing said.
