Sinostar PEC Holdings (SGX:C9Q) plans to raise up to SG$44.8 million through a renounceable, non-underwritten rights issue, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The offer, priced at SG$0.14 per share, allots one rights share for every two existing shares.
The rights shares are expected to be issued March 6, with the listing and commencement of trading slated for March 10.
