GE-Shen (KLSE:GESHEN) proposed a bonus issue of up to 343.2 million shares based on two bonus shares for every one existing share.
The bonus shares shall be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on the next market day following the entitlement date, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
