Godolphin Resources (ASX:GRL) said results from a diamond drilling program at its Lewis Ponds gold-silver project in New South Wales confirmed high-grade mineralization, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The assay results from the third drilling hole in the program reported an intersection of 39.9 meters at 3.59 grams per tonne grade of gold equivalent from 135.3 meters, the filing said.
The program aims to reclassify the current mineral resource estimate from inferred to the indicated category.
Further results from the program are expected shortly.
