Hong Fok's (SGX:H30) wholly owned subsidiary, Super Homes, completed the acquisition of properties at 360 Orchard Road, International Building Singapore, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
In an earlier filing, the company had been granted options to purchase the titles of 360 Orchard Road #01-02, #01-03 and #01-04 International Building Singapore and 360 Orchard Road #01-05 and #01-06 International Building Singapore for SG$16.6 million and SG$11.2 million respectively.
The properties have been acquired on a 999-year lease term, commencing from Jan.1, 1971.
The international building comprises offices, shops and restaurants.
