Prospera Global (SGX:5HH) established a wholly owned subsidiary in Mauritius named PGL Capital, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The principal activity of the newly-incorporated subsidiary is to act as an intermediary in executing securities transactions for clients, management client portfolio and to provide investment advice.
The incorporation is in line with the group's strategy to diversify into financial and operational support services.
