FlyExclusive (FLYX) has agreed to buy Jet.AI's (JTAI) aviation business in an all-stock deal, the companies said Friday.

Shares of Jet.AI more than doubled as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 92.6 million from a daily average of about 1.13 million.

SRM Entertainment (SRM) said Friday it signed a lock-up agreement with shareholder Safety Shot for about 2.3 million of the company's common shares, representing roughly 14% of SRM's outstanding stock. Under the terms, Safety Shot cannot sell those shares until Jan. 1, 2026, SRM said.

Shares soared 79% as intraday trading volume surged to over 228.3 million from a daily average of about 3.14 million.

Nvidia (NVDA) reported new holdings in Q4, including about 1.7 million shares in the Chinese autonomous driving tech group, WeRide (WRD).

Shares of WeRide soared 82%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 18.2 million compared with a daily average of more than 95,000.
