Sunrise Energy Metals (ASX:SRL) renewed its research agreement with Japanese company UACJ for a further year till the end of January 2026, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
All results of the research work, including, among others, invention, device, design, know-how, and any other intellectual property rights that are achieved by the research, will be owned jointly, the filing added.
Company shares were down nearly 2% in recent Friday trade.
