SPC Global Holdings (ASX:SPG) appointed Moataz Ahmad as chief supply chain officer, Ali Hamza as chief strategy and transformation officer, and Masie Ng as group chief human resources officer, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

Ahmad, with 15 years of supply chain experience, has been head of operations at ANZ, among other roles, per the filing.

Hamza has served as a chief financial officer to PepsiCo's New Zealand snacks division, the filing added.

Ng is currently chief operating officer at the company's unit, Nature One Dairy, and has experience with companies like HP and Agilent Technologies, the filing said.
