Mercurity Fintech Holding (MFH) said Wednesday it formed a majority-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, Aifinity Base Limited.

The company said Aifinity plans to manufacture advanced liquid cooling panels designed for artificial intelligence infrastructure and high-performance computing.

The panels will specifically enhance the efficiency and performance of Nvidia (NVDA) chip-powered GPUs and other high-performance AI accelerators, it added.
