AUCyber (ASX:CYB) has appointed Chris Wright as chief executive officer, effective Feb. 18, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company's Chair, Craig Scroggie, resigned effective Feb. 4, and has been succeeded by Joseph Demase, effective Feb. 17, the filing added.

Wright is the ex-chief technology officer of 5G Networks (ASX:5GN) and Demase is the current CEO of the same company, according to the filing.
