Stantec (STN) said Wednesday that it has been chosen to design a 3.2 billion euros ($3.34 billion) semiconductor assembly and testing facility in Northern Italy for Silicon Box.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Stantec said it will design administrative areas and infrastructure, as well as provide permitting services, while partner Drees & Sommer will focus on industrial and structural engineering, mechanical and electrical systems, and clean room design.
