The Hong Kong Stock Exchange will cancel the listing of SRE Group's (HKG:1207) shares effective Thursday, Feb. 20, Tuesday filing by the bourse said.
The move came about as the real estate developer failed to fulfill its resumption guidance set out by the stock exchange.
The company previously applied for a review of the decision to the listing review committee, which upheld the delisting decision. The firm then applied to the Hong Kong High Court for a judicial review, however, the application was dismissed.
Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since April 3, 2023.
