Boyaa Interactive International (HKG:0434) will further invest another 4,180,749 units of Tether in MTT ESports to acquire 10% of the total number of issued MTT tokens, a Monday filing on the Hong Kong bourse said.

The purchase MTT Tokens will be unlocked gradually starting January 2026 and will be fully unlocked within around 48 months.

Together with a previous investment in MTT ESports for 100 units of Bitcoin, the mobile game developer will hold a total of 25% stake in MTT ESports with a total investment value of roughly $10 million.

MTT ESports is a British Virgin Islands-incorporated firm engaging mainly in the development and operation of Web3 infrastructure and Web3 games.
