Success Dragon International Holdings' (HKG:1182) subsidiary Success Dragon Technology (Puer) agreed to purchase certain machinery and equipment from Mojiang County Laiqian Mining for 22.0 million yuan, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The machinery and equipment involve machinery and equipment for filter press, leaching, crushing, and grinding in gold-laden carbon processing, along with excavators, crushers, thickeners, ball grinders, and belt conveyors.
The purchase will be financed through certain remaining net proceeds from a rights issue in 2022.
