China Environmental Resources (SGX:UIX, HKG:1130) canceled an offer to grant share options to certain grantees as none of them accepted the options, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The firm had resolved to grant 29,604,636 share options to 15 eligible persons to subscribe for the same number of shares at an initial exercise price of HK$0.3 apiece.
Following cancellation, the metal recycling company has 40,730,762 shares available for future grant under the share option scheme.
