11:06 ET - Oppenheimer thinks that this may not be the end of the line for United Rental's pursuit of H&E Equipment Services. H&E received an offer from Herc Holdings for nearly $105 per share, Schneeberger says, or about $5.3 billion. This tops United Rentals' recent bid of about $4.8 billion. "H&E appears to be an attractive addition for both United Rental and Herc. We view it likely United Rental continues its pursuit of H&E," he says. H&E Equipment surges 15% and Herc Holdings is off 10%. United Rentals is down 3.7%. (adriano.marchese@wsj.com)
