China Longyuan Power (HKG:0916, SHE:001289) issued two series of medium-term bonds amounting to 2 billion yuan on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
The power company issued 1 billion yuan of 1.89% bonds due in three years and 1 billion yuan of five-year bonds with a coupon rate of 1.94%.
Proceeds will be used for debt payments and working capital, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
