Vobile Group (HKG:3738) agreed to issue nearly HK$234.1 million of convertible bonds to Honour International Investment (HK), a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse stated.
The bonds will be convertible into 56 million shares, representing 2.39% of the company's enlarged issued share capital, at HK$4.18 apiece.
The digital content protection and transaction services provider intends to use proceeds from the issue for investment and general working capital purposes.
