World Precision Machinery (SGX:B49) has completed the third tranche payment of 28.6 million yuan for its acquisition of hospitality assets from Hainan Xinglong Pearl Investment, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The balance of 77.4 million yuan will be paid according to a planned schedule.
The deal, approved by shareholders in December 2023, involves acquiring 100% of a project company holding certain hospitality-related assets and liabilities.
