Sino-Ocean Group Holding (HKG:3377) said a hearing of winding up petition against the company scheduled for Feb. 17 was adjourned until April 14 after a consensual application for an adjournment was filed by the parties on Feb. 14, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The London Branch of The Bank of New York Mellon filed the winding-up petition in June over the alleged non-payment of $400 million of 3.25% guaranteed bonds issued by a unit.
The company's shares were down by almost 2% in recent trading.
