XtalPi Holdings' (HKG:2228) subsidiary Shenzhen Jingtai Technology is working with the state-owned Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holding to jointly plan and develop AI+, an artificial intelligence project aimed at promoting digital intelligence in various fields, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The parties are focusing on AI and robotics automation along with AI integration and implementation in fields such as pharmaceuticals, new materials, new energy, and other industries.
Under the cooperation, the project will aim to accelerate the digital and intelligent transformation of the said industries in China's Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao Greater Bay Area as well as in the global market.
