China Galaxy Securities or CGS (HKG:6881) completed the issuance of 3 billion yuan worth of commercial paper on Tuesday, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The commercial paper carries a final coupon rate of 1.9% and will fall due in 149 days.

The securities broker will use proceeds from the issue to supplement working capital.

Shares of the company were up nearly 2% in recent trade.
