Feb 20 (Reuters) - Yancoal Australia YAL.AX on Thursday reported a 33% fall in its net profit after income tax attributable for the year, hurt by lower coal prices due to reduced demand in fiscal 2024.
The coal miner reported a net profit after income tax attributable (before non-recurring items) of A$1.22 billion ($777.51 million) for the year, compared to A$1.82 billion in the previous corresponding period.
