JBB Builders International (HKG:1903) returned to an attributable profit of 1.6 million Malaysian ringgit in the fiscal first half from a loss of 3 million ringgit in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The construction company posted an earnings per share of 0.0031 ringgit in the half-year ended Dec. 31, 2024, compared with a loss per share of 0.0060 ringgit in the previous year.

Revenue rose to 223.8 million ringgit from 126.3 million ringgit a year earlier.
