Herbalife (HLF) said late Wednesday that Stephan Gratziani will become chief executive of the company on May 1.

Gratziani will replace current CEO and chairman Michael Johnson, who will become the company's executive chairman, Herbalife said.

Gratziani has been the company's president since January 2024.

Herbalife managing director of international markets, Rob Levy, will take on the role of president of worldwide markets, the company said.
