Novautek Technologies Group (HKG:0519) expects a loss of about HK$70.9 million for the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2024, wider than the loss of HK$35.6 million the previous year, according to Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company attributed the expected increase in loss to an increase in fair value loss of investments in properties, financial assets, and impairment losses in property.
The resort and property business developer will publish the interim results by Feb. 25.
The company shares were down by about 8% in recent trading.
