Domino's Pizza Enterprises (ASX:DMP) named George Saoud as group chief financial officer, succeeding Richard Coney, who will step down from the role, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Saoud has over two decades of experience in a listed environment and is the current CFO of Bapcor (ASX:BAP), the filing said.

Domino's Pizza shares rose nearly 1% in afternoon trade Thursday.
