--Regulators have extended an antitrust "rectification period" for Chinese food-delivery giant Meituan without giving a clear time frame for when regulatory scrutiny will end, Nikkei Asia reports, citing unnamed sources.
--Meituan's rectification period, which was supposed to end last October, was extended as the company continued seeking to block restaurants from joining other delivery platforms, Nikkei cites a source as saying.
--Meituan didn't respond to a request for comment, Nikkei said.
