Vaghani Techno-Build (BOM:531676) said its shareholders approved increasing the company's authorized share capital to 300 million Indian rupees from 100 million rupees, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday.

Shareholders also approved issuing up to 23.5 million share warrants at 11 rupees each to raise up to 258.9 million rupees.

The warrants will be allotted to both promoter and non-promoter groups, the filing said.
