Constellation Brands $(STZ)$, Domino's Pizza $(DPZ)$: Shares in both companies rose premarket after Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway said it had established a new position in the beer-seller and added to its stake in the pizza chain.
Ulta Beauty $(ULTA)$: Berkshire sold the rest of its stake in the cosmetic chain store. Ulta shares slipped ahead of the open.
Intel $(INTC)$: Rivals Broadcom $(AVGO)$ and TSMC $(TSM)$ are each eyeing potential deals that would break Intel in two, the Journal reported. Shares in the storied U.S. chip maker rose more than 4% premarket.
Baidu $(BIDU)$: The Chinese tech company posted lower revenue for a third straight quarter, although it doubled its profit. U.S.-listed shares fell roughly 2%.
Delta Air Lines $(DAL)$: Shares in Delta fell more than 2% premarket after a regional plane crashed while landing in Toronto on Monday.
Earnings are due from Medtronic $(MDT)$ before the U.S. open and Occidental Petroleum $(OXY)$, Devon Energy $(DVN)$ and Bumble $(BMBL)$ after the close.
