Marsh & McLennan Companies' (MMC) Mercer unit said Tuesday it has signed a deal to acquire Secor Asset Management.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Upon transaction completion, which is expected in Q2, Secor's colleagues in New York and London will join Mercer, the unit added.
